Wi-Fi ⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Parking passes (free of charge) will be located inside the unit, next to the black property binder on the counter. The resort has strict parking policies and cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles per booking. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included, but rentals are available through Twilight Beach Service. The beach setup is located near Pompano Street by Crystal Sands Condo. We'll be happy to provide their contact number once your booking is confirmed. POOLS / HOT TUBS ⭐ There is a heated pool (seasonal) and a hot tub just steps from the condo! Please be sure to review and follow all safety guidelines, and use these amenities at your own risk. GRILL ⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has grilling stations on the south side of the building. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. TRASH ⭐ All garbage must be bagged and taken to the dumpster that is located on the northeast corner of the building. SMOKING ⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. Everything was clean and worked properly. The beds were comfortable. We liked that the beach was right out our back door. You did have to cross the street, but there was a crosswalk and cars were very good about stopping for the pedestrians. The kids really enjoyed the back porch and playing in the area outside of it where a picnic table was. There was a cute restaurant called Camille’s within walking distance. There was a beach hut that sold ice cream and drinks right on the beach. The owners were very responsive and gave us tips on where to go in the area. We also enjoyed the beach and hot tub. While I had no problems or anything to communicate over, there was plenty of communication on their end that allowed me to feel welcomed and well informed on the check in and out process.
