THE SPACE Sailboat Breeze is the upstairs unit, and it comfortably sleeps 4 with a luxe Queen and 2 alcove Twin Bunks. Ask us about our sister unit downstairs, Seagull Splash, which, together with this unit, can accommodate groups of up to 8! The Kitchen here is newly remodeled with its own designer Dining area that seats 4, perfect for breakfast smoothies or intimate dinner parties! If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. ☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking. ☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours. ☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. ☞︎ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs. ☞︎ No parties are allowed. ☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel. ☞︎ Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes.
