Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 2/25/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into March. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! You can't lose with this location. This was our first stay in this condo. The layout and pictures matched the pics exactly. The mattresses were older, uncomfortable, and need to be replaced, as well as the TVs. While we were at the beach and spending little time in the condo, I was surprised at the size and quality of the TVs. TVs are too inexpensive not to provide a decent size, smart TV in 2024\. This place is absolutely beautiful, my family enjoyed eating breakfast in the balcony with the beautiful view of the ocean and condo grounds. It is convenient to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and you can order through door dash. We got locked out of the condo due to the door’s lock battery leaking but Vacasa especially Lawana went above and beyond to make sure my family is well taken care of during this time. She went to the property after hours to handle the matter and also issued us some refund due to the inconvenience then the property manager also checked on us the following day.
