I emailed pictures to the property manager and she apologized that it happened and would not answer the phone or email after that. It would have been nice if they had at least offered to pay for the damage. We actually even got the rat on video . He was a big one. ##### tim s. They told us we could change to another unit. both options were upstairs and 70's décor. Very old and not what we paid for. We opted to stay with a credit. They sent out pest/wildlife people the next day. They found nothing dead. Smell had eased up by then. Two nights later AC went out. It was 98 degrees in the unit. We understand things like that happens...They sent a very nice security guard an hour and half after our 1st call. It took 2 hours at midnight to get someone to tell us our option was to stay in the 70's style unit. Plus smell returned.
