Was a Perfect location! The balcony is huge and furniture was nice.. definitely woke up refreshed everyday. The only bummer was all the pools are on the other side of the rd.

Loved this property

Great conco with direct access to beach. View from our unit was amazing. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pool was excellent. The added security with a gated community was a plus for me.. The local shops and food places were literally down the road. Overall a EXCELLENT property and will definitely book again.

Very Nice Condo

The king size bed is comfortable and large. The condo is very nice and clean. Nice large shower. Kitchen is well stocked. There are a few beach chairs available. The deck is amazing!!! The stairs are not bad but are something to be mindful about when packing and unloading. Overall it was a great place to stay!!!

This was our first time in destin! The condo was in a great area and exactly what I was looking for. Few steps to the beach, overlooking the beach too. Place was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen! Great for a family with kids to stay. They had a place right in front of your place for the kids to play outside in the sand! Overall I would come back and stay here.

Nice get away

We really enjoyed this condo. Very close to beach and great view. The condo was very nicely decorated and we really enjoyed the condo’s deck. Even though it rained almost every night, we didn’t mind since the condo was so nice to stay inside.

Location was perfect - just steps to the beach!

Place was really nice! Comfortable beds, very nice kitchen and bathroom. The outside deck is really big , best place to sit was under the umbrella and perfect patio furniture they have and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing! My only suggestion is to provide beach towels for the guests as well as maybe one roll of paper towels. Had a nice time and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Beach front fun

The location is amazing! Steps away from beach. Everything was very nice, updated, huge deck, which our 19 month old could play on because it was totally fenced in. Close to everything. The condo’s outdoor water does not work. So our place became sandy super fast because we had to go through condo to rinse off every time we went to the beach. We did call maintenance but they never did get fixed. Not sure what happened. Also, bring your own beach chairs and umbrella unless you want to pay $35 a day for beach service. But overall was a wonderful time and we would come back if the outdoor water gets fixed:)

Perfect place for a family vacation.

MY HUSBAND BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE CONDO FOR US TO GET AWAY FOR KIDS SPRING BREAK VACATION. I’m so glad he did because the condo was not only in a perfect location but we had the beach access right behind us which was perfect for us with the kids! We defiantly plan to book again and stay in this same condo!

Beautiful Property

The condo was beautiful. Beautiful and so convenient. Felt at home. My only issue was whomever cleaned property missed some things. Uased plate was left on side table from previous guests, pillows in closet had hair on pillowcases (not changed), made me wonder if it had been cleaned prior to my arrival. Will book again just hoping better cleaned between guests next time.

Not long enough!

The place was clean- guests were nice, and staff was responsive. The garbage disposal was not working and when I called on a Saturday evening they came and fixed it. Love Destin!
