It is shared with another condo but it was till awesome because very spacious and the beach front location was a given. There were some minor wear and tear in the condo. As mentioned in other guest review prior, the washing machine makes a very loud noise so I would advise to do your laundry during the day or when you are not in the condo. We had to take our dog to some place else to let her do her job due to lack of grassy area but it wasn’t very far. The staff were very pleasant and tentative when we needed them. The condo had another door aside from the main door that led to the condo next door and that didn’t set too well with us because the knobs on both our door and theirs faced each other to where they can unlock ours and we can unlock theirs so we reported that to the main office and they sent the maintenance guy right away and he fixed the knob for us to where our neighbors can’t open it. He was very pleasant also! It does need a little updating and some work. There are a lot of cracked tiles in the unit. Just really need to be replaced. The bed is a nice King, but the mattress is quite firm, so if you're not a firm mattress person, this may not be the unit for you. You are required to take your garbage to a dumpster and, for a short person, it's really challenging to open the top of the dumpster. BUT, it was a nice unit with most any kitchen items you may need. Fridge has an ice maker. Stove is a coil burner, so bit outdated, but in good working condition. Lovely deck area with PVC chaise lounges. Def recommend if youre not too picky. Lol. Had a great time! The 1 king size bed was two twin versions put together and the mattress had a huge dip in it that you would roll into! No place in the shower to place your soap or shampoo, the sofa was ripped, and the flooring was cracked and dirty. One if the kitchen cabinets smelled like a rat died in it. Only down side was the condo has been heavily used and the furniture, carpet, and appliance show that BUT the condo was clean and we really enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach.
