Walk to the beach! Our Summer House is a delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bath pet friendly home located only 4 blocks from the sparkling Gulf waters. With a king-size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, two twins over full bunk beds in the third, this house sleeps 10\. This lovely home is completely renovated with a gorgeous kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, a grill outside, a beautiful wrap-around porch, and is only a few steps down from the community pool! There's plenty of parking for 2 vehicles, a grill, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make memories of a lifetime at Our Summer House!  
  
Crystal Beach Cottages is a Seaside-like development in Destin. The highly desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping and is maintained in pristine condition. Enjoy easy access to the beach and a private community pool available to all residents of Crystal Beach Cottages.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is also just down the road!  
  
It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 300 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas.   
  
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.  
  
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was a short 5 min walk to the beach and only minutes from shops and restaurants. The pool was a great perk as well. The house itself was the cutest and extremely homey. We had everything we needed and more. It would have been really nice if a golf cart or bikes were included but we will rent those next time we are down. Overall, we would stay here again and again.

#### Graduation Celebration and Family Vacation

Property located to easy beach access and easy driving to lots to do. Home was exceptionally clean and decorated beach style. Only disappointment was the outside space. Very crowded and no outside area to dine and let our corgi explore. Enjoyed the sidewalks and easy walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone, just missed being outdoors.

#### Wonderful and warm house

House was perfect and so spacious. Pool was a few doors down and beach was a short walk. It would be a bonus if a golf cart was on site as so many of the rentals had one or two. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

overall the property was great...when we got there the only thing was the garbage was full to the brim and had a horrible smell from previous tenants. The Queen bed definitely needs to be replaced they came and tried to fix but broke again which was like that when we arrived.
