Enjoy making memories in this beach-themed condo with plenty of room for everyone! Relax in a wide living room connected to a furnished private balcony. There's an easy connection to the full kitchen via the diner-style breakfast bar. The unit is equipped with a brand new grill (2025) and outside tv with luxury outdoor seating on property, perfect for group dinners and quality family time. You'll love the trendy green and turquoise tones of the home, accented by bright pops of color and sand-colored carpet and flooring. Every bedroom, including the main bedroom suite that takes up the second floor, includes a ceiling fan to ensure guest comfort. The main bedroom's en suite bathroom includes two vessel sinks, and a stone-inlaid standalone shower with a built-in bench and a detachable showerhead. Guests of this lovely suite can pull the shade closed and block off the stairs upstairs for privacy. If you're coming back from the beach (via our very accessible beach access), just stick your bathing suits in the private washer/dryer and feel free to relax. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay.

What is Destin without its ocean breezes? Sandpiper Cove’s best feature is our breathtaking private beach just a short walk from your condo. Several seafood markets, grocery stores, coffee shops, and fabulous restaurants are an easy bike ride away. Pack your tennis shoes because this area is very walkable! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to get out on the water, the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise offers fun, family-friendly adventures just under three miles away. Don't forget to head seven miles down the coastline to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp! If you'd like to get closer to Floridian wildlife, Gator Beach is just over three miles away and offers a free way to observe gators in a fun and safe environment.

Perfect location for the beaches. The Villa has 5 swimming pools. Great neighbors and the place was just what we wanted. Soft beds, sheets, pillows and very quiet at night.

Location was perfect. The issue was dealing with cockroaches every morning in the kitchen, living and laundry rooms. Made the place feel very unclean and uncomfortable.

We had a great week, the proximity to the beach was ideal, the space was beautiful, and the golf cart was so helpful in getting everything to and from the beach. Our main complaints were how uncomfortable the beds are, and that we did not have access to the washer and dryer. Therefore, we couldn’t wash any of our towels all week. But overall a great stay

It was ok, the dishwasher was really gross, it had food still in the bottom of it and it smelled badly, was unable to use the grill on the patio, it was not cleaned at all looked nasty. Other than those 2 things it was nice.

Nice place to stay for a weekend wedding with our adult children. There are a few maintenance issues. Upstairs bedroom carpet is dirty and ceiling fan light assembly is loose causing a rattle. AC was required to be kept above 70. We all personally like 68 at night. Otherwise, it worked well for us.

So the good was a great location, plenty of room, and plenty to do on and around the property. The cons were in the details. Lots of broken things throughout the condo like ceiling fans, running toilets, and outdoor patio furniture needs thrown away and replaced. Nothing is left from previous tenants. Had to buy everything from the start ie. Coffee filters salt pepper sugar seasonings. Overall it was a decent stay but i dont know if i would stay again because of the price and attention to detail and other properties competing.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this exact same house. This time was totally different then the first time. Upon arrival the driveway had a broke down golf cart, tarp and broken boogie board sitting in it. The laundry room door, water meter cabinet and outside TV cabinet all standing open. Inside of house was dirty and not well cleaned. Pull out sofa was broken and full of crumbs and stains with no blankets or pillows for it. The carpets thru the entire house were stained and extremely dirty. Ants and roaches thru out the house and laundry room. Guard shack would not let our 2nd party thru after talking to them and giving them all information of their arrival.

Nice property. Located in Sandpiper Cove Development (SPD). The SPD has lots of amenities to use: tennis courts, mini-golf, pool, beach access. Unit comes with 2 chairs & umbrella on beach. The owners decorated the unit nicely. Property management could have been better: The dishwasher didn't work while we were there. We had to handwash dishes. Also the downstairs shower didn't drain sufficiently, and thus you couldn't really use it.

We will definitely be back. The house is fully stocked and everything is described accurately. Great communication. Easy check in process. Close to pools, ocean, and a great restaurant.

Location is good and amenities are fine. We are just more use to rosemary/sea grove ammenities and vibe. Bed mattresses left a lot to be desired. Overall no major complaints but won’t be back. Areas too old and commercialized.

Renting was super easy. We only had minor setbacks but management responded quickly. We needed a key for the laundry room lockbox, no one gave us that info until we asked. Once we asked they responded quickly

Nice family friendly complex and location. Nice accommodations at the villa except for not having access to the golf cart as was originally advised. Gas grill needs to be replaced. Over all our family would stay there again.

Disappointed that the Golf Cart that was described on the listing was not available to us. The villa was very nice but could be better equipped. We had to shop the first day to just get some paper products.. There were no cleaning products or anything but a sponge to clean with. There were plenty of towels and sheets. We are just used to having things there. Usually they are things that are left by other guests. We realize that the owner does not have to supply all of that stuff but most places we have stayed have been better stocked with stuff. The villa itself was very nicely decorated and everything worked fine. The beach was beautiful and there was a lot to do at the resort
