Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; new carpet April 2023 Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023\. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop. Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was. ##### Sara P. The size of the condos are larger than average and the location great. This particular condo was very nice but the living room furniture needs updating. The patio furniture is very comfortable which is important to me since I love sitting outside enjoying the view and dolphins.
