Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Fabulous large open kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed, flat screen cable TV/DVD, blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom bathtub shower combo single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, 2 twin convertible chairs, & flat screen cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. It did have a musky smell that we believe was coming from the carpet in bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating. The shower head is too large and numerous times water was spraying everywhere unless you turn it directly towards the wall. Definitely could use some fresh paint in bathrooms, doors and cabinets. But overall it was good. Our largest complaint was the elevators at the property. One did not work and the one that did was extremely slow. Had to take the stairs several times. This isnt the owners fault and hopefully not a normal thing. ##### Nikki k.
