Unit 304 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the Breakers East building. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower, single vanity; living room - (2) queen size sleeper sofas, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. There was hair on my pillow, on my sheets, and on the master bathroom floor. The comforter had stains on it. There were two dead bugs on the kitchen floor. There was such a strong mildew smell present that I had to buy odor absorbing charcoal pouches and candles for my stay. This condo rental had the space, view and everything you needed. Beachfront, chairs and umbrella service set up everyday by 6am. The resort was the cleanest we have ever stayed at, too. Gated parking lot and drive up covered unloading area. The only thing that you would need is extra t.p., trash bags, paper towels.
