Unit #204 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Breakers East building directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, 32 inch flat screen Smart TV/VCR/DVD, high-speed COX cable internet access; master bathroom remodeled with Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, & double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, bunk beds, 26 inch flat screen cable TV/DVD; living room- Samsung 55” Class CU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV/cable/DVD/Stereo; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Nicely furnished bedrooms and a spacious balcony to watch the sun rise and set. The living room furniture looked very old. The bed was comfortable and I liked the comforter so much that I purchased the same one when I got home. The cabinets were nice but it needs a pantry for food storage. We would stay at breakers east again. Infact, this was our 2nd time but last year we had a different condo unit. We would pick a different condo unit next time for the experience. There are only 2 elevators and one was broken for 2 days but they did get it fixed. The furnishings were better quality- the master bath was very nice- the kitchen was well stocked with all the useful items usually needed. The drink cooler in the laundry room was very handy and a nice surprise. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and we would definitely stay there again. ##### Mike D. We loved drinking coffee and hearing the ocean. Kitchen had enough pans to cook. The only thing i would recommend is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom its very lumpy. Property was as described! My only complaint was the floors but they weren’t bad. Everything else was super clean. They had a good amount of towels/rags which had been an issue in other properties I’ve stayed in. The extra beds in bedroom 2 were clutch for our kids.
