Unit #1103 is a very spacious three bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building, directly on the beach. This unit has a rare reserved/covered parking space directly outside the lobby entrance door, closest parking space to the lobby! Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- (New mattress August 2025) king size bed, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, cable TV; master bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) Queen size beds, ceiling fan, 3rd bedroom a bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. cable TV; living room flat screen cable TV/DVD; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Tile through out unit fully renovated. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. Got to see dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. The condo was fabulous from the entry way to the balcony.
