The complex has a friendly, helpful staff. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street - less than a minute's walk from the building. Area Attractions: The complex is also just a few minutes' drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including one of the most highly regarded in Destin, 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach and 'Beachwalk Cafe', rated one of Destin's best by Florida Trend Magazine. Grand Caribbean West is also within walking distance of Destin's famous Crab Trap restaurant. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Pros: Prefect location, just a walk to the beach and just minutes from town. Nice and clean, great having washer and dryer available! Plenty of room and beautiful view. There is an umbrella available for you to use on the beach. Cons: we stayed almost a week, was only provided two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. So if you are staying for long periods of time expect to have to purchase more. If you plan on cooking, reminder kitchen is fully stocked but there are no salt or pepper or any seasonings of any kind so be mindful for when you go to shop! They also provide a very small bottle of dish soap but have a dishwasher with a few dishwashing tablets. There was only a few of us so I didn’t see the reason for running the dishwasher every time we cooked so I had to buy more dish soap. Overall, I would definitely book this place again. Every cupboard was so full we had to leave all our things on the counter. The upholstered chair looked so dirty we didn't use it. Realjoy contacted us to fix a tv issue. We agreed on a time and day and they never showed up or called to say they wouldn't be coming. The stove llight wouldn't go off and the stove door wouldn't close so I was afraid to use it. One chair on the patio was missing a bolt -afraid it might break. Really seemed like the whole condo needed TLC! On the bright side the bed was very comfortable! The view was good and a great place to hang out! Overall we had a very relaxing week and did enjoy ourselves! ##### Becky W. Our pool code didn’t work when we first arrived but it was taken care of right away with a quick response. Everything was great. Very good views of the gulf. The property was close to shopping and dining establishments but far enough away that you didn’t get the crowds of people. Public beach access was right across the street and the beaches were not overcrowded at all. Would defiantly recommend.
