The complex has a friendly, helpful staff. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street - less than a minute's walk from the building. Area Attractions: The complex is also just a few minutes' drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including one of the most highly regarded in Destin, 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach and 'Beachwalk Cafe', rated one of Destin's best by Florida Trend Magazine. Grand Caribbean West is also within walking distance of Destin's famous Crab Trap restaurant. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Ocean view is awesome. Grandkids want to live there. It was great for our family. Elevator would have been nice. But can't complain. When we needed things shopping wasn't far away. The walk to the beach was great. And having a washer and dryer there was fantastic. We shut the air off and enjoyed the weather while we were there. Sat on the balcony and relaxed.
