This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is well appointed with everything you need to make your vacation a spectacular one! The second floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a living room / dining room combination, a half bathroom, washer/dryer and a spacious balcony. The unit has new furniture and rugs to ensure your vacation is relaxing. The open living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open the balcony. The oversized balcony overlooks the lake in Southbay that offers relaxing views of ducks and turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances as well as cookware and utensils needed to cook up a meal for the family. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for 6\. The first floor has a master bedroom with a King size bed, master bathroom, the guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds. one has a queen bed and a guest bathroom. This unit is within walking distance to all the amenities of South Bay including the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Host was very responsive and kind, the view was breathtaking, walking distance to a private beach with beach service. You get 2 chairs and umbrella for free but can purchase additional chairs and umbrellas if needed. We were amazed how close it was to everything! I mean EVERYTHING, excursion, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. We hardly drove more than 10 min from the location. This was the most relaxing vacation. Thank you for making our family vacation special. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the views were just breathtaking.One of our favorite parts was the close proximity to the beach—it was just a short walk away, and the water was crystal clear. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, which made our stay even more peaceful. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants, shops, and fun local attractions.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.We’re already dreaming about coming back next year.
