The walk to the beach was about five minutes, which wasn’t too bad. However, it would be nice to have a golf cart rental available. The condo was convenient to the beach and was well stocked with everything we needed! All the extra outdoor seating areas were a plus for entertaining and relaxing! Plenty of room for a large family! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. One of the few places I’ve ever stayed that had great water pressure… making the showers very nice! The only complaint was the couch sags and was not comfortable sit sit on, and the outdoor grill’s propane tank was empty… but that was not a huge deal to us. Sandpiper Cove is very conveniently located and the community has a nice balance of space and beach access. And the beaches - it was our first time in Destin and the beaches are incredible! This home was very clean and offered our family of 5 a ton of space. We spent mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings on the lower patio with a cocktail. There were plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. The carpet leading upstairs and the sofa could use an upgrade, and adding a TV to the downstairs patio would take it to the next level! But these are very minor gripes. We loved having the space and amenities of a house with the beach access and community of a condo! ##### Darren M.
