The ducks and fish are so fun to watch. The 2 king beds are comfy & we enjoyed the extra sink w/ 4 teens. We mainly ate out BUT the kitchen has everything you need to cook & a full size fridge. The resort has heated pools and hot tubs. You can also rent tennis rackets for the tennis courts. My teens had a great time ages 16 to 19\. My favorite is the private beach!!!! The dolphins were so fun to watch. Shell hunting. Even Jelly Fish saving. The beach was clean. The sand so soft. Did I mention all the dolphins-hands down my favorite part of the stay. (They also provide beach items on the balcony) Make sure you bring crackers for the fishies and ducks-the ducks know as soon as you open the sliding door & will swim around begging..lolIt was perfect! I normally like to try different VRBO but if we come back to Destin I’ll be staying here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!!!! 10/10We did use the pull out couch-it’s a little bent and has some stains on the back side BUT my teens said it was comfy & they have lots of extra bedding for it. ##### Anna S. The beach is beautiful and a quick walk away. There are many beach supplies not included in the listing including wagon, beach toys, and pool toys which was so nice not to have to pack. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and many others are walkable. Highly recommend The Local Market for breakfast. Overall we hope to visit again. ##### Jennifer V. We fed the ducks every morning and enjoyed the patio for coffee and relaxing. The heated pool was very handy since the wind was so chilly on the beach. It is an easy walk to the beach (beautiful white sand) and pools. Really enjoyed having the balcony overlooking the canal for morning coffee and evening drinks (and watching the ducks and heron!).
