Wake up to breathtaking Gulf Views in the exquisite Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa, with the sounds of the waves magnifying your relaxation. Our (2) bedroom condo is perfect for families or couples to enjoy the luxury of (2) king bedrooms, both with amazing water views and shared access to the balcony. The condo is blessed with an abundance of natural sunlight and views with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and doors, overlooking the large Lagoon Pool, lush landscaping & turquoise emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious open floor-plan has water views and Italian tile throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room bathrooms & balcony. The living room is tastefully decorated, offering a wonderful place to curl up with a great book or enjoy a movie or sporting event on the large flat-screen SMART TV. The dining room table has seating for (4).  
  
  
  
The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances; double sided refrigerator/freezer, stovetop oven, microwave & dishwasher. Make your favorite cup of Joe with your choice of a standard coffee maker or Keurig. One will never feel left out while preparing meals & entertaining in the kitchen for everyone can easily talk throughout the area while prepping meals & snacks while admiring the water. Feel free to dine alfresco on the balcony, a perfect place to watch family members and friends enjoying their time at the pool while kicking back on the (2) chaise loungers with small side tables, and (2) teak cushioned arm chairs and table.  
  
  
  
The Master Bedroom & Guest Bedroom each have full Gulf-View windows, floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors with private access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have a king bed with a Stearns and Foster mattress, a flat-screen 40” Smart TV’s, with Blu-Ray DVD players, Bose radios with a built-in iPhone charger, ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has a relaxing power touch recliner and large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom displays a long granite vanity, deep soaking tub, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and bench seat, for your comfort. The Guest Bedroom bathroom is very private with a tiled walk-in shower, rainfall shower head, granite vanity, and linen room with a washer and dryer. The Queen Sleeper Sofa is available in the Living Room and a custom Serta Twin Rollaway Bed is available upon request.

The view was good! Location was great. I would recommend updating furniture in living room and bed pillows. We wanted to watch a movie one night and the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable for parents and kids. Just a suggestion. Lots of appliances in unit and it was clean. We enjoyed all the games as well.

This place has a beautiful view, comfortable beds and plenty of space! We always end up buying box fans on our vacations and both rooms had one in their closet! This was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Beach bar and their staff were amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do the condo or resort justice! It’s so beautiful. The views are stunning. Condo was very clean and well equipped with dishes and utensils for eating and cooking. We were very impressed! Thank you for making our stay relaxing and providing us with everything we needed! The beach toys for our daughter was a plus and nice touch! We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

The resort itself is truly amazing and we felt so safe but we equally enjoyed the condo! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean! We have 3 kids and it was so convenient and lovely. They had a lot of extra amenities and kitchen supplies. We will definitely be back!

#### End of summer vacation

The condo was a perfect size for four adults. Very nicely furnished with incredible view from balcony of the pool and the ocean. The Sandbar was perfect for afternoon cocktails and lunch right outside the pool gate. Underground parking was nice to have. Felt very secure in the resort. Hope to be back soon !

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this property. Communication regarding check in, general information, and check out procedures was very clear and easy! The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The views were gorgeous. Both bedrooms had a pool and gulf view. Great stay - highly recommend.

#### Perfect getaway to Destin

We flew down from Virginia to spend the week with friends. Love the property, pool, condo and convenience to everything! Went bike riding in Seaside and pontooned over to Crab island. Perfect location for everything.

Our condo is great. As expected. However, I did try to communicate with the owners prior to us, arriving and left a voicemail, and they never returned my call. There was also some confusion on how we got into the property upon arrival. We checked in at the guard shack after 430 with no key card entrance to the Saint Croix. The icemaker worked however, you could not access ice from the door. Having TVs in all of the rooms was fantastic however, with so many remotes, we struggled the entire week with how to turn the TVs on off I just the volume and or find the app we wanted to look for. I know they are trying to offer, great TV access it was just very frustrating.

Our condo had a fantastic view. However, if had a few issues wrong inside the unit. The kitchen disposal has extremely loud. I have been a plumber for 27 years and I suspect it needed be taken apart and cleaned out. something went down it that should have. The kitchen faucet was also broken. It worked fine and had great water pressure. But the hand held unit could not properly stay placed of faucet body because part of the faucet was broken. It was totally usable just inconvenient The bathroom ventilation fan was extremely noisy. It could not be left running long. The grounds were poorly maintained. They appeared to be in much need maintenance and upgrades.
