Welcome to Crystal Sands 111B, a newly updated ground-floor condo comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests with one bedroom, a hallway bunk area, and a sofa that converts into a queen sleeper for additional space. The private patio offers front-row Gulf views, making it the perfect spot to sip coffee at sunrise or raise a glass as the sun sets.  
  
Inside, the open concept living area brings the beach right into view. A comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and direct patio access make it a great place to unwind after a day outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, along with cookware and dining essentials.   
  
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included!  
  
When it’s time to recharge, the king bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own TV. Kids will enjoy the twin-over-twin hallway bunks and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional option for guests. The condo includes 1.5 bathrooms: a convenient half-bath in the hallway and a full bathroom with a combo tub/shower connected to the bedroom, also accessible from the hallway. With flexible sleeping arrangements and thoughtful touches, this condo is ideal for families or couples seeking a laid back beach getaway.  
  
Outside, a private boardwalk leads you directly to the sand, while an outdoor shower and seasonally heated pool make it easy to spend the day by the water. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
