Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! We caught ourselves looking more out to the strip and watching traffic at night. Fireworks as far as the eye could see on the 4th of July. Cleanest and best condo we've stayed at here. As soon I walked through the door, I was blown away at how beautiful this penthouse was. The pictures online was exactly how it looked. The view of the ocean was perfect. The access to the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump...perfect location. The penthouse was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It had beautiful modern decor and very clean. Arriving later in the evening made check-in quite frustrating because there was nobody available to help except for the Vacasa phone service (which was not helpful). Thankfully there was a security guard phone number and he directed us to our room after a different guy got the main gate code to work for us. This space was huge with beautiful modern decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic dishes and cookware. The patio was oversized and offered great seating and breathtaking views. One disappointing feature was the pool access and the beach access were locked at 10pm. So we could only enjoying the sounds and the views from the patio, which I guess wasn’t all bad. This condo was clean and spacious, but may I suggest it is due for an overall deep cleaning. We really did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. ##### Aleisha C.
