Guests will also enjoy direct beach access and equipment rental services offering kayaks and stand-up paddleboards! With so many attractions, you'll never want to leave home, but when you do venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Wander the historic Fort Pickens in nearby Pensacola Beach, or board a Buccaneer Pirate Cruise ship. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village, fish off the boardwalk, or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Easy walk to beach and convenient location. It could use some updating. We never got either tv to work properly and one con is the fact that the HVAC unit is on the balcony so it’s loud when it kicks on and you can’t even hear the ocean.
