If the kiddos want to have a campout in the living room, we have a queen air mattress and rollaway they can sleep on for the night. Take a short stroll to the gated beach access, splash around in the community pool, or chill on one of your private balconies! If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. So close to the beach - right across the street. The townhouse was very clean, there were plenty of dishes, etc and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a few good restaurants was a plus too! Sandos Beachside Cafe & Bar has great sandwiches and Kenny D's has a great menu too (key lime pie)! I’d say in the future it’d be better if the tenants had a picture of what the passes should look like, but each time that I called property management they were helpful and kind so it really wasn’t bad. We would stay here again for sure! The dryer took forever to dry anything & always had to start it multiple times. Also, nowhere to wash your feet before entering the house from a day at the beach!
