Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. The condo was perfect for our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Jeff. He even called to let us know it was ready should we want to check in earlier than 4:00\. Condo was well stocked, the bed comfortable and there was a great view from the balcony. Only downside was if you bring your own beach chairs/umbrella you can’t set up on the front row. All properties had private beaches with first row being reserved for rental chairs which are expensive and quite close together. They are first come first serve and you can’t claim a specific spot for the week. So be prepared if that’s important to you. Our condo was very clean, exactly as indicated per the pictures. The view was gorgeous. Our first time on Vacation in a while. Could not have asked for anything more. The view awesome.
