Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Very nice, clean, & great view of the ocean. Jeff was great to work with. Only issue we had was getting stuck on elevator 2 times. The elevators had issues. Great location . Everything we needed was there. Appreciated all the lil touches of home in case we forgot anything. Jeff thought of it all. Beautiful views and loved new balcony high top table set.
