Only a short walk away from the sandy beaches of Destin, and features amazing amenities! With a luxurious pool complete with a spa and oasis bar area, the Villages offers it all in a private gated community!! Features a full game room with classic arcade games, 2 wet bars, 2 balconies, and new paint, furnishings, TV's, and décor! Fun & Luxury!! The space: Amazing community location within 1 mile of 57 Restaurants, 18 Attractions, and the crystal sandy beaches of Destin!! Amazing corner lot! Resort style pool with hot tub and bar! You have full use off the entire 3,000 sq. ft. home with private 3 car driveway parking! This beach daze home has been completely renovated as of March 2021! This first floor offers a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with bar area, dining area, laundry room, and an amazing open living area! The 2nd floor offers a luxurious king master bedroom with your own PRIVATE BALCONY!! It has a comfy sitting area with a large TV! There is full walk in bathroom with another TV, wet bar, built in closet, and crib area. 2nd king bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd floor is where all the FUN happens...entire game room with a classic pinball machine, arcade racing machine, multi classic 2 player machine that includes all your favorites, Marvel vs Capcom machine, karaoke machine, and X-Box with a drawer full of games!! This fun filled floor also has 2 separate bunk bedrooms with a full bathroom, wet bar, 2nd laundry room, and huge covered balcony with great views!! CHECK OUT THE PICS!! The entire house sleeps 16 and can accommodate 10 adults and 6 children as 4 of the beds are bunks. The Villages of Crystal beach is one of the only communities in Destin that provides FREE shuttle service "Sandy Express" to and from the beach during the "peak" season! This is also one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Vehicle Charger at no extra cost! Reminder: This is a NON SMOKING property! Guest access: The Oasis pool is wonderful and large compared to the number of homes in the community. There is also a hot tub spa in the pool area along with a tiki bar. Arm bands will be furnished and must be worn on the property in the pool area at all times. There is also a shuttle service that runs to the beach and back until 4:30 pm during peak season. Trolley operation March 1, 2024-April 13, 2024 Weekend of Memorial Day through October Other things to note: This is one of the few homes in the Destin area with an Electric Car Charger for Tesla/Leaf/EV's!! Note that there is only room for 2 large vehicles in the driveway. It can fit 3 small to medium size vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited. They will have vehicles towed. There is an overflow community parking area around the pool, but it is limited in spaces and not guaranteed. Golf carts are not allowed in the Villages, this includes rentals. THERE IS NO SMOKING at all on this property! Not in the home, on the patios, or in the driveway. This is non flexible, as we stay there often as a family and I have family members with severe asthma. Please respect this rule or your deposit will be forfeited and you can be asked to leave. Also this is not a Pet friendly home. No Pets allowed. This was just the beginning of our awful stay.The entire unit was filthy - dirty dishes hidden in cabinets, grimy silverware we had to rewash, and actual BLACK MOLD growing on multiple walls. We spent our first vacation day mopping floors that clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival.The amenities were in shocking disrepair:- The "grill" was literally falling apart and completely unusable- The master bathroom's shower AND toilet didn't function at all- The third-floor toilet was also non-operational- Beach chairs were covered in rust- Promised wagons and umbrellas were broken beyond use- Three kitchen chairs collapsed when we sat on them- The refrigerator water dispenser had MOLD inside- The dryer door was brokenWhen we contacted the owners about these serious issues, they were extremely rude and dismissive. While they eventually sent a cleaner and offered a 400 credit, this hardly compensated for spending our vacation in such disgusting conditions with numerous unusable amenities.The only positive was the facility's pool area, which was well-maintained, but this was completely overshadowed by the property's many failures and the hosts' poor attitude.Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This property is nothing like its description and the owners clearly don’t care. ##### Maria G. Easy booking and check in process. Owner answered all questions. House could use a good cleaning, owner was very specific about not getting sand in the house and it had sand in it when we arrived. The bed on the 2nd floor was broke and we reported to owner and on the check out day he replied back stating he would let housekeeping know about the bed. ##### Melody A. We had 7 adults/teens and 6 children and it perfectly accommodated all of us! The property is walking distance to pool! Owner was so good at communication and super nice! Had to mop the kitchen and living room, dirty and sticky floors. Washer needs to be replaced, makes loud noice when spinning. NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE. We had five cars only three can park in front of house. Pool area has eight parking spots available! Always full. To far to walk to beach with my grandkids. Was told there was a trolly to the beach. Asked the owner where to catch trolly and got no response. Asked several people in the complex and they were not aware of any trolly. ##### ADEL V. It was the PERFECT house for our friends. It was clean, spacious, & provided the amenities that we needed for our guests. Communication was easy as well!
