Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved the beach condo!

Everything was perfect! Great location to beach, having kitchen, pool, and good location without a car. Uber-ed a few times and walked to a few nearby spots. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Disappointed in Destin

We arrived and although the unit was clean, it only gave us 2 towels for 2 adults for 7 days. Our go to at Vacasa was worthless, while we got a few more towels a couple days after we requested,they were very rough and hard. There was construction going on right next door with power tools, banging, etc all day long which was not at all peaceful. This unit should have not benn rented to us. Also, the dryer for the unit had a sign on it that stated" Do not use" We were given refunds for this, but nothing was ever done about our noise complaints. We finally asked for a "forced move " from Vacasa.... am all day fiasco . they moved us to anotehr unit where the door code dod not work and despite multiple calls, emalils, never fixed the problem. We could not leave our unit for the fear of being locked out. We left a day early. Vacasa did not come through on any promises to help. This level of incompetence I have never seen. I will not use VRBO or Vicasa again.

There were some routine maintenance issues that need to be addressed but overall was a very nice place. The dishwasher was backed up b/c the garbage disposal was clogged and not working - we unclogged it and the dishwasher worked properly but the garbage disposal was locked up. The Dryer made a loud noise and there was a section that would grab strings from the clothing and get stuck. I did mention these issues to the property management, and they were very responsive - The rug in the living area is very old and dirty and should be replaced. All of these issues were very minor, and we would stay at this property in the future.

Do not rent 607

Do not rent 607. I have never stayed at a worse condo. The pictures are staged and the condo is nothing like in the pictures. The condo is dirty, carpet is so dirty you would think construction worker walked through it and wiped shoes. The kitchen, the bathroom, the beds, terrible. There was blood on my pillow case and stains all over the doors and walls. There was no stairs for the bunk beds, big time safety issue. To make it all in a great package, I tried talking to Vacasa starting on The first day and they conveniently responded to my emails late in the day. It wasn’t until mid stay when I found a cockroach in the living room and the next day sent pictures and raised hell, when they started taking ne seriously, even though I have ton of more pictures. Although I did end up getting transferred into a nice condo after spending 5 hours on the phone and chasing people, it wouldn’t have happened if I wasn’t persistent and super annoying to them. They gave me options away from the beach which didn’t make sense. The whole point was for us to be on the beach. In summary, I have lots of pictures, and this was the most unsanitary condo (and not safe) I have ever rented. I will not be coming here again or renting with Vacasa rental management company.

Condo needs attention and repairs

Overall very nice area, nice complex, beautiful beach, but extremely subpar condo. This condo is in need of many, many repairs and updates. Condo had leak under kitchen sink upon arrival. There was a bucket catching leak, so obviously issue was known about. Leak had terrible odor. I had to call Vacasa several times to get issue resolved. Once something was finally done about it, after my efforts were nearly exhausted, maintenance fixed the issue in less then 10 min, however, took nearly 36 hours for this to happen. Also, after arriving, my 1 year old walked around condo for less then 1 hour and the bottom of their feet were black from how dirty the floors (tile, carpet) were. This was rather unsettling and made me question the overall cleanliness of the condo. Vacasa was also made aware of this issue and had the cleaning company return to mop the floors the following day. This was another inconvenience that kept us from fully enjoying our trip. To add to the running list of problems, the master bedroom closet was unable to be used as it would not open. If attempting to open, the mirror sliding door would lift off the track causing a HUGE safety concern. I informed Vacasa of this as well during the beginning of our stay, however, this was never addressed by them or resolved during our stay. I had to keep my young children away from the closet to avoid potential injury associated. When loading the dishwasher during our stay, the dishwasher was not clipped in and fell foward upon adding dishes to the racks. Vacasa was made aware of this as well and the solution per the manager "maybe try only loading dishes to one rack." Seriously?! To sum it up, would I recommend this SPECIFIC, INDIVIDUAL CONDO to your family, absolutely not. As clearly evidenced above, it needs serious maintenance improvements, updates, upkeep and better cleaning.

White sand and Peaceful!

Needed to get away of the cold and gloom of Michigan so booked a week here. Gorgeous view, lucked out with the weather for December, and was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and water. Was hard to leave and we already want to come back. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4!
