This adorable rental comfortably accommodates up to 13 guest. It also features a private pool with a unique water feature and ample pool loungers for sunning in the privacy of your own lushly landscaped large yard. The inside features a soothing beachy décor and a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for quick snacks or a chef inspired dinner. Another plus is the extra-long driveway that allows for ample parking. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. The private pool was perfect for our little kids and we loved that it's safely fenced away from the house. There's an additional living area in the garage that was a nice spot and the second refrigerator in the garage was great to have. The only downside is the Destin beach regulations that only allow people to set up in the insanely crowded and small public section of the beach or at the water line in front of private beaches.
