We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher.
