Newly remodeled in 2025, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The chef of the group will love whipping a delectable meal or quick snacks for the beach. Guests can gather around the dining table with seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. After a full day in the sun unwind in the living room with a movie or have a friendly competition over game night. The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, flat screen tv, and gulf views. The attached master bathroom features an incredible frameless walk-in shower complete with a bench seat, deep soaker tub, and dual vanity. The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin bed with additional sleeping available in the living room on the sleeper sofa.
