Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Parking was so easy and the very short walk to the beach is a great feature of the property! We had 2 families in the condo and never felt crowded. The kids loved the movie room and used it nightly. The property manager was excellent at communicating all the info we needed before and during our stay. The only negatives in my opinion worth mentioning — we were really confused with the pool location. The only way to access the rooftop pool is through a private master bedroom. It just wasn’t ideal for our sleeping arrangements and just felt odd having to do so. Also, in the same bedroom, there is a bunk room beside it separated only by a glass wall with curtains. The lack of privacy in what was considered a master bedroom was certainly not ideal. Aside from those minor inconveniences, we had an excellent experience at this property! My husband and I take our 6 adult children and spouses/significant others and grandchildren to a beach vacation every year. This was a great home and fit our needs perfectly. This place does not disappoint...the pictures are accurate and the view is even better in person. You are quite literally STEPS from the sand! There is so much space and so many rooms to bring family with you. It has all the comforts of home and then some. Beach chairs were a nice touch, too! Thank you, we will be back! ##### Kelly J.
