Porches were pretty and the golf cart was great to go check out the area. Cleaning was subpar at best. Pillows on the couch were pretty stained and the house had a musty smell when we first arrived. The pool pump was broken and the pool was filthy. The property managers were AMAZING in trying to resolve the issue from the moment I reached out to them. Although they couldn’t get the pump fixed the pool was cleaned by them and we were able to use it one day out of our 5 day stay. The property is clean and very close to the beach. The provided golf cart makes beach trips throughout the day easy and painless. The only thing I'd caution folks about is that there are 4 bedrooms with three beds and 1 bunk bed. The property sleeps 20 if you double up every single bed including the sleep out sofa, so just keep that in mind if you have a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed.. Plenty of towels for all 9 of us. AC worked great and we had really hot weather. Golf cart was awesome to make quick trips for ice cream.
