*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

This newly renovated condominium located on the fifth floor offers a mesmerizing view of the Gulf of Mexico. The island-themed unit has accommodations for six and has a king bed in the primary and bunk area great for the kids. Special features are a 42-inch plasma TV and Jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Sit on your private balcony and enjoy the sounds of waves crashing on the shore or catch up on your reading with a good book. Whatever it may be this condo is sure to make your stay memorable.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Adequate unit-Nothing special

You can easily tell this unit was purchased for rental purposes only. Had to call Vacasa for assistance with the main TV (3 remotes, no instructions provided). The tv kept losing signal. Bedroom tv broken, new one promised but never provided. Furniture in living area uncomfortable. Fortunately, it was only the 2 of us staying there.

Wonderful View - Little Small

The location and view were amazing! The bedroom was small and there isn't a lot of space for luggage due to oversized dresser. If dresser were removed and the TV mounted to the wall, that would allow a lot more space. It was very convenient to have a restaurant and a store in the lobby.

A/C didn’t work properly

The view was awesome from the balcony. The air conditioner was working properly and it was hot in the home. We had to buy fans at Walmart to make it cause we couldn’t get a refund or get put in another room. It took forever for Vacasa to get back with us and kept saying they were doing everything they could. Then when they came he said that it was working. Coil was dirty and pan needs to be cleaned it had a lot of slime and algae in it. Will never use room 507 again in SunDestin condos.

Beautiful Place w/ short walk to the beach!

I loved this place ❤ The location was perfect for family activities & its right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The only thing that I can say i didn't like was waiting on elevators for 2-5 minutes. But it was a holiday weekend so maybe thats why the elevator wait was long. Note: This property is totally Non Smoking.

Perfect location .. room needs help

Location was perfect. Right on the beach. Room was disappointing for price we paid. We stayed in Cayman Islands condo regal beach for same price a few years back and it was amazing. Sundestin room 507 had sticky filthy floors. Luckily I brought extra towels and supplies to scrub the floors. The vents were covered with black which looked like mold.. not much I could do about that. This room needs deep cleaning. And some updating.. glass table and glass coffee table are dangerous. Also lacking pans to cook eggs etc. The bunk beds only had a fitted sheet and pillow so had to buy blankets for the kids. Plus side, balcony and view was great!!! King bed was comfortable. Toilets showers worked as expected. Check in was easy. Common areas were very clean and updated. Gift shop has float inflation service which was a plus!! Outdoor bar not open due to lack of employees. All in all great vacay since weather was perfect but wouldn’t want to stay here if weather was inclement.

The beaches were beautiful. The rental was a little run down, need updated. There is construction underway in the lobby and problems with the lobby ladies bathroom. When checking out, the lady at the front desk was very rude, telling me check out was at 10am when Vacasa told me it was 11am. $40 a day for chair and umbrella rentals.

Fall Break

Had a fun fall break. Second time staying at this resort. Wish the lobby shop was open during peak fall break time. Room was nice, no issues! Kids loved the bunk beds of course.
