Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Unit 405 at Magnolia is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. The units sleeps 6 comfortably as it is furnished with a Queen in the Master, king in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with new granite countertops. The open floor plan makes the unit spacious and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts. THINGS TO KNOW: Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
