Pelican Beach Resort 1715 - 17th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 955 sq.ft. condo with Wifi, Free Parking, Smart/Cable TVs, Beach Chairs, Umbrella aiming best class service is right on the beach with great views of Gulf Coast from the balcony. No road crossings, just go down and enjoy our private beach.   
  
Pelican Beach offers the dream vacation with BEST views, sand and sea in the area at 5 minute drive from heart of Destin, Harborwalk Village and across Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park.  
  
This condo features;  
\* Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.  
\* Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware  
\* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom with tub  
 \* Guest bedroom has double bed with a TV (not Smart), direct door to guest bathroom with shower. Double bed has a trundle single bed under it. Guest bathroom has another door to the living room.   
 \* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed  
\* HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi  
\* Washer/dryer in the unit   
 \* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.   
 \* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code.   
 \* 2 beach towels (Turkish style easy dry), bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make-up cleaners   
  
Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets.   
  
Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Destin right on the beach with no roads to cross and has;

Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home -away from home- to make sure you will return for years. We will be available to you 24/7 if you need us.   
  
HOUSE AND RESORT RULES  
  
\- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.  
\- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.  
\- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).  
\- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.  
\- Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.  
\- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.  
\- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

We are the Colasan family. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family. Destin has always been our favorite destination with its tranquility, great beaches and clear waters. That is why we have now many condos to offer to you and some more that we manage personally, with our service and attention

The room was very clean! The room was so nicely decorated! The snacks that were provided were appreciated as we were hungry when we arrived. The beach view was at an angle, but it was beautiful! The beach chairs and cooler were also appreciated. The hot tub was nice!

The condo was well kept and clean. The views of the beach from the balcony are just as advertised and beautiful. The private washer and dryer are a game changer for traveling, especially with kids. The facility is safe, secure, and also well kept. Elevators are quick and all of the staff seemed friendly. Beach is a very short walk through the building and your feet are in the sand. Water was clear and sand was amazing. We had a blast and would definitely stay again.

#### Very nice condo!

My family truly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. Effective communication before and during visit was appreciated. The unit, located on the 19th floor, lends itself to fantastic views! The condo was very clean, and I appreciated the starter set of supplies. The resort has many amenities that we took full advantage of. I highly recommend this condo! That being said, as someone who struggles with back problems I feel I must include the following. The mattress in the master bedroom is excessively soft. Again, this is probably not a problem for most people, but if you have a difficult time sleeping on a soft mattress then it may not be the condo for you. This comment is, in no way, meant to be a negative reflection of the condo itself. It’s just a heads up for people with back issues like myself.

#### Valentine's week fun

The property could not be any cleaner. Spotless! It was a great location. We liked the 19th floor as the sun coming up was great and the view of the beach and ocean was tremendous.It was pretty cool but we found many things to do to keep us busy as we celebrated Valentine's week. Only 1 hiccup: We were locked out of the unit and neither one of us had our phones where our code was documented. The front desk called maintenance and they were able to get us in. We wondered what would happen if we had come in late at night as we did not believe maintenace was on duty 24/7\. The bed was super soft. We are used to a hard mattress and thought this was going to be a problem but it wasn't.The fire panel was out and there was a security company monitoring things. This was a little unnerving. Construction was going on so this must have been the reason the fire panel was disabled all week. Construction was annoying but not bad. The noise started around 8 a.m.

#### Spring Break Destin.

We were on spring break staying in our first VRBO condo. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted to create a wonderful stay! The owners communicated with us in a great manner. I would recommend this property to other vacationers! Thank you!
