Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

Enjoy ultimate comfort and relaxation, incredible coastline views, and a truly “at home” atmosphere when you stay in SunDestin 1515. This condo features a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofabed in the living room. With newly-renovated tile flooring throughout, along with the inviting, coastal décor, you will fall in love with SunDestin 1515. Upon entering, you will find the beautifully-decorated, fully-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, boasting new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. All kitchen appliances and utensils are provided, ideal for creating your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing a spacious and open layout. The dining table seats up to four guests comfortably.

Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and décor as well as a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player combination – perfect for enjoying a family movie night after a long day at the beach. Step out onto the spacious private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking coastline views of the sunset. Adjacent to the living room is the welcoming main bedroom suite, featuring a comfortable king bed along with a mounted flatscreen TV and DVD player combination. The private balcony is also conveniently accessible from the main bedroom. The bathroom boasts a single vanity with stunning granite countertops, along with a tub/shower combination.

The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awful… do NOT book

Check in was a breeze. The Sundestin staff were great. This unit is managed by a property management company and they are AWFUL. The listing & email I received after paying in full stated the outdoor pool would be closed during our stay due to a “rebeautification” project, what they failed to mention was that the splash pad, outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub would also be closed. Additionally we booked this unit to accommodate our family of 4 - the pull out coach had no sheets, blankets, or pillows - my children had to sleep with beach towels… I contacted the property management company shortly after we checked in on Saturday and have YET to hear back… Tuesday at 6:30pm. The unit smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke & food, so much so we had to go buy spray and open the balcony doors to let it air out. They gave us 3 wash cloths for 4 people to use for 3 nights…. There’s black mold under both of the vanity’s in the bathroom…. The king bed had dirty sheets on it… which had hair and stains. The unit has potential but is not being kept up with and the management companies customer service lacks so much I highly discourage anyone from booking this unit, and if you have already booked I would cancel right away. VRBO even has attempted to assist and hasn’t received a response from the “host”. Completely unprofessional.

Partially obstructed view

Pros: the home's furnishing we're overall updated and comfortable. The condo was mostly clean upon arrival although it could use a good deep cleaning to rid some of the things that aren't normally tended to. The drying rack on the balcony and chair/table combo was appreciated and useful. I loved that the a/c was NOT on the balcony like some others apparently are. Ours was quiet and cooled very well. I appreciate that there was a box fan and clothes basket in the closet for use. We took advantage of both. The bedroom was roomy and bed and pillows provided an excellent night's sleep. Cons: Broken tiles on the balcony need replaced. View of water was as shown in picture - look out sideways, but having seen the whole makeup of the building, most units do have a straight on view of the water which I would've preferred. Beach towels would've been appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

UNACCEPTABLE

My family traveled to Destin, the place we were married, to celebrate me and my husbands 10 year anniversary. I’ve stayed at SunDestin for the past 8 years and twice in 1515...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. After spending the day we checked in enjoying our selves on the beach and out to dinner we came back to put our children to bed around 9:30pm, when we pulled out the sofa bed there was food and food stains on the sheets. After calling the front desk I was instructed to contact Vacasa since they do not manage the room I was in. After putting in a call I was told they would submit the request but it was “after hours” so they probably would not be able to remedy that night. I then again called the front desk but still again unable to get any resolve that night, not even an offer for a clean pair of sheets. So a family of 4 “slept” in the king size bed. 1:30pm the following day still no response or attempt of contact from anyone...after calling and being disconnected multiple times I was finally able to reach a “supervisor” who then complains that I was put through to her personal cell and she is not sure why. She then proceeds to tell me that she was aware of the multiple requests....but was unable to contact me because the number they had was wrong (before this I had gotten multiple text/emails about my reservation so they indeed had my contact info). They finally send a cleaner up to the room to “fix” and their fix was to change the sheets. Not once did they spray/disinfect the mattress or sofa. I was then contacted from the manager from Vacasa attempting to resolve.....and that being credit for a night and to reimburse for the airmatress and other items I needed for my children to sleep comfortably and safely for the remainder of the week. This is completely unacceptable and I will never do business with SUNDESTIN OR VACASA ever again!!!

Beautiful condo!

This unit was super nice! We stayed for a week and couldn’t of been happier. Clean and nicely decorated. Loved having the sliding glass door in the bedroom that went out to the balcony. Wished the restaurant in the lobby was open. They were redoing the floors so it was closed:( Otherwise, was an amazing vacation!

Perfect location

The unit was perfect. The view was phenomenal. I did send message thru the booking process and didn’t get a reply. Also it states they supply shampoo/conditioner but it’s only a one use bottle so make sure to pick some up if flying in. Aside from that it was absolutely perfect, extremely clean, and I most definitely will come back!

Perfect place

The room was a great room! It was spotless when we arrived and the view from the balcony was amazing. Very close to lots of places to eat and, if you stay on a Thursday night, you have a great view of the fireworks at the harbor. Definitely recommend.
