It even has newly updated game-room for your enjoyment! Stylish and comfortable at the same time. Fun and relaxing, you can customize it to your vacation needs. \*\*Please note: this property is not suitable for pets.\*\* Owner is severely allergic\*\* BEDROOM LAYOUT: Primary bedroom 1- King bed with twin sofa sleeper Primary 2- Queen Bedroom 3- Queen Bedroom 4: 2 twin over full bunk beds We also have queen size air mattress, and twin size folding mat in the primary walk-in closet. \*Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in. \*\* Please note landscaping/Pool Cleaning on Mondays and Fridays POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out. Outside: you will find a propane gas grill (propane included) and also a charcoal grill (charcoal, not included) CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions. If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest. The remote wouldn’t turn it on so each night we had to call to get it turned on. The owner suggested we text him which we did. It didn’t come on so we ended up calling him and he said he didn’t see his text. 2) toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms.. toilet seat needs to be seated tightly. 3) have paperwork explaining things so as not to have to call. The property was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and appliances, including coffee machine, Air Fryer, blenders and more, which made cooking for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids and a baby) very easy. The new outdoor kitchen is also a great addition. The games room was a huge hit with the kids, and outside, even though the weather was around 55-60F and fairly windy, the heated pool (along with pool floats and toys) was excellent. Location wise, the property was a 5-minute drive to Vons for grocery shipping and some local shops/restaurants, and around 20 mins to Palm Springs itself. For us, it was a great base to explore Palm Springs, Joshua Tree and more. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal passing traffic. Finally, Anna and team were extremely communicative - always available to answer questions and help us out if needed. ##### Matt M.
