BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Rest easy in one of three beautifully styled bedrooms, each designed with plush bedding, soft linens, and upscale décor to provide comfort and privacy for your group. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own inviting space.

Bedroom Layout:
• Primary Bedroom – 1 King bed + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed + work desk
• Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds

Bathrooms:
• The ensuite features a private bath for the primary bedroom
• A second full bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3
• Fresh towels and essential toiletries are fully stocked

Need extra sleeping space? Air mattresses are available upon request prior to check-in.

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with state of the art appliances: blender, coffee makers, and air fryer. There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball.

Cameras & security:
For your safety, the property has security cameras:

1 located in the front yard pointing out to front of the garage (exterior), 1 located by the main door entrance, 1 in each side yard pointing to the outdoor and 1 in the backyard.

These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.

Pets:
We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Property rules:
- Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Mailbox access is unavailable.

This property has special requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Optional Upgrades:

Early Check-in: $30/hr
Late Check-out: $33/hr
Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 2-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Music is not allowed indoor/outdoors. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines indoor/outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.

No Smoking: Is not permitted anywhere on the property. $1,000 fee for violations.

Citations: The guest will be responsible for any resulting fines. Any citations issued by the city due to guest actions are also the guest's responsibility.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:

By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your stay at the property is undertaken at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of all members of your group, including guests, visitors, and any third parties you invite onto the property.

You understand that the property and its amenities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, spa, stairs, balconies, outdoor areas, and any provided equipment—may present inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, injuries, accidents, or equipment malfunction.

Certain areas of the property may not be suitable for children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility limitations. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property meets their specific needs.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to:

• Use all areas and amenities in a safe and responsible manner.
• Properly supervise children and all guests at all times.
• Assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising during your stay.

You hereby release and hold harmless the property owner, host, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your stay, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.
