While our pool cleaners visit only Monday and Thursday to keep the water sparkling, we’ve also provided skimmers for your convenience if you\`d like to clear any debris in between. Our gardener visits weekly on Mondays to maintain the yard. STR Permit #003584 House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 10 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. We had a wedding close by and this house was perfect for our entire family to get ready for the big day. The house is very spacious and clean. The decor is also very stylish and still kid friendly. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub the entire time. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. This house was about a 15-20 min drive to the heart of Palm Springs and is a great spot if you have a large group in town. It's quite and a great retreat.
