The train station is within walking distance as well as all the services (transportation by boat to the other resorts of the lake, (the stop for the bus to Verona / Brescia is 100 meters), therefore, also to people who do not have their own car I can pass a holiday in freedom could easily visit beautiful places near us. Walking or cycling, is all very close and pleasant to discover. Apartment is indipendent and spread over 2 floors, the ground floor we find the hall with the kitchen, the comfortable sofa double bed and access to the private garden with a veranda where you can have breakfast and meals. On the second floor there is a room with a double bed, air-conditioned, near a room with a single bed, bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room. The kitchen with dishwasher, is fully equipped and available, there is also a corner prepared for the breakfast with coffee machine and water heater and microwave oven . WiFi is free and available to guests. If you need to leave your car, the apartment has a secure car park which is right in the private courtyard of the building. The nearby beach Golden offers the possibility to rent beach chairs, umbrellas and pedal boats and a few meters from the house begins a cycle lane where you will discover beautiful trails up to Sirmione and inland lake. If you want to discover the beautiful country around Desenzano, adventurous, romantic or just to relax, you can organize wonderful excursions !!! The harbour with the boat departures to Sirmione, Malcesine, Riva and other towns of the lake is less than a 10 minute walk as well as the bus stop, which you can reach in one minute, to discover the beautiful city of Sirmione and Verona. And if, you want to take a train to quickly reach Venice or Milan you can get to the station in 15 minutes on feet. The apartment is located in a historic and borders with neighbors, then you need the rules of good neighborliness, respect and common sense, the house must be left clean and in good condition. The apartment was in a great building and was well appointed with everything you'd need to have a comfortable vacation. the beds were comfortable and the garden seating area was a perfect spot to start the day. It's a super short walk to the Conad for food and Pizza Mia for a wood fired pizza. Eden Bar was also close to grab your morning brioche & cafe. Gratzie mille Massimo! ##### Chris A. Es ist eines von vielen Appartements in dieser Anlage. Die meisten sind jedoch dauernd bewohnt, so wie der direkt angrenzende Nachbar mit drei Hunden. Das Eintreffen und gehen aus unserer Wohnung wird mit dreifachem Hundegebell untermalt. Manchmal stimmen benachbarte Hunde sogar mit ein. Der Garten ist zwar süß und putzig, jedoch nach 3 Minuten mit 7fachem Mückenstichen, jäh vermießt. Die Wohnung selbst ist möbliert und sauber. Die Klimaanlage lief zuverlässig und surrte im kleinen Garten. Die Küche ist alt und nichts für ambitionierte Hobbyköche, da etliche Utensielien fehlten. Nicht einmal ein Frühstücks-Rührei schmeckt ohne Salz. Am meisten hat uns die Lage geärgert. Man benötigt 2 bis 4 Haltestellen mit dem Bus zum eigentlichen Zentrum. Die Bilder im Internet sind bestimmt schon alt und haben mit der Realität nur wenig gemeinsam. Schade, wir hätten mehr erwartet, vor allem ein Entgegenkommen des Anbieters, da wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. ##### Ralf G. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. In 5 min. zu Fuß ist ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt. In gut 30 min. zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum von Desenzano. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben das Auto fast komplett stehen gelassen und die Ausflüge mit dem Schiff gemacht. Von Desenzano aus kann man auch wunderbar Ausflüge ins Hinterland machen. Der wirklich perfekte Vermieter ist immer sehr schnell erreichbar und antwortet fast umgehend, wenn man eine Frage hat. Wir haben diese Woche wirklich sehr genossen. Mein kleiner Hund war auch willkommen (Doggy Park in Fußnähe). Wir hoffen, daß wir wieder kommen können. Gruß an Massimo ##### Marion S. Danke Massimo für diese wunderbare Unterkunft. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir uns für einen wunderbaren Erholungsurlaub beim Gardasee erhofft hatten. Die Wohnung (2x ca. 30m²) ist perfekt und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad/WC ist im Obergeschoß, direkt neben den Schlafräumen. Das eigene Auto steht auf einem Parkplatz, der durch ein Gittertor (mit Fernbedienung) im Areal der Wohnung geschützt wird. Beim Wetter hatten wir auch 14 Tage lang Glück mit bis zu 36° im Schatten. Wenn wir überhaupt was zu kritisieren suchen müssten, dann, dass es für unsere Bedürfnisse, so wie wir es von zuhause gewohnt sind, zu wenig Geschirr vorfanden, was eine tägliche Einschaltung des Geschirrspülers notwendig machte. Ansonsten können wir diese Wohnmöglichkeit hier in Desenzano del Garda wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Fam. G. aus Wien ##### Markus G.
