### Apartment 'Brezza Del Lago' with Lake View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Desenzano del Garda, the holiday apartment Brezza del Lago offers you an excellent view of Lake Garda. The property, arranged over two floors, consists of a living room with two sofa beds for two people each, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Towels are not provided. The accommodation features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony.  
  
The property also offers access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pool and open terrace. Please note that wearing a swimming cap is mandatory when using the pool; also, the pool is closed on Tuesdays for weekly cleaning and will be closed from September 10th.  
  
One parking space is available on the property, free street parking and a garage parking space are also provided. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

#### War alles gut

Pros: Der Vermieter Sergio ist wirklich sehr nett, er hat immer sehr schnell auf die Rückfragen reagiert, per WhatsApp erreichbar und sofort die Lösung gefunden. die Wohnung hat alles was Man braucht, aber wirklich alles… uns hat s gefallen. Cons: Wir waren im ganzen im groben zufrieden, die Umgebung und die Fassade sind Renovierungsbedüfrtig. Aber selbst die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt.
