Check in was easy. Also there was free parking. My room is very noisy due to the sound of the freeway coming in the window. No option for late check out, which is a real bummer since I am in town for the Drake road races and was really hoping to be able to shower afterwards.

Our room was hot the air wasn't working. The lady at the front desk offered us a fan and said to crack the window open.

The building uses a two pipe system for heating and cooling. Because of this our guests cannot control the temperature in the rooms. Offering a fan and opening the window are the best & most feasible options.

Everything was what we had hope for. Within walking distance to Wells Fargo Arena for our event. Was clean and nice!

The windows were poor quality and we could feel the freezing air in the room, and the AC didn’t help. In the morning we had ice on the inner side of the windows. The hotel is old and needs a thorough renovation. It has to be updated.

The hotel room seemed a little outdated. I know it was a standard room but just seemed so small. I could hear all the traffic going by. I probably will not stay here again.

Temperature settings didn’t work, bugs on the window sill, horrible lighting, broken bed springs, vending machine didn’t work, front staff seemed to have just rolled out of bed and are unfriendly, I could keep going. Just avoid this place

Not great. Needs Updates. Loud. Bad plumbing.
Positives: the shuttle driver. He was a nice and hilarious older man. He went above and beyond to get the guests to and from a concert. He took good care of us and worked late to do so. Thank goodness we confirmed the pick up location, the front desk was telling people the wrong place. For a hotel so close to a huge event arena you would think they would maintain it better. We walked in and literally thought the window was open in our room. Nope, the windows have no seal/noise barrier so you hear the interstate, hospital, and other area outdoor noises all night. WARNING: Be careful using the shower. I didnt think i would ever get warm water, but be warned theres a 2 to 3 minute lag. I got the water to be warm after several minutes but then once i had shampoo in my hair the water turned to scalding. Very concerning if you have kids. No bathroom fan either so bathroom gets steamy. No insulation or anything either, you hear your neighbors and hall traffic constantly. Also, idk why they put a thermostat in the room, it doesnt work and it was very hot in our room. Wasnt terrible but would tey something else next time.

It is a decent location for us. The building itself is extremly outdated. The windows provide no sound barrier. The carpet and curtains have been around way to long. The bathroom was a decent size. Needs better placement of light switches and outlets.

unprofessional staff
Spent one night there. The hotel charged my card $100 instead of $50 for incidentals. Still waiting to get my funds returned. Call the hotel talked to someone who states my stay was 4 days. I only stayed one but she told me that what her computer say! Just dumb! I was there less than 24 hours but somehow got charged extra. Was told to call the manager back in 10 days if my funds weren't returned. It was a loud ruckus around 1 am on our floor. Checked out the next morning at 7am.

The hotel is very centrally located. However, it hasn't been maintained in quite a while...there was an unpleasant smell that was emanating as soon as you walked in...the carpets were old, dirty and torn...for the amount that i paid to stay there, I would have been better off a little further away in a much nicer hotel
