The hotel was clean, comfortable and front desk helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. The only issue we had was the children running up and down the hallway several times but there were tournaments (volleyball, baseball and wrestling) in town and it could not be helped. Staff was excellent.

Terrible parking, terrible customer service with attitude. Uhaul with trailer taking up 6 spaces and another truck parked across 4 spaces forced us to park in another buildings lot.

The bathroom shower/tub was dirty anf the water would NOT drain! Switch rooms and still the water would not drain! Nothing worse than taking a shower standing in a foot of dirty water. Staff was very nice tho

The receptionist who checked us in was super friendly and professional . We are traveling with two dogs so to make it easier for us she changed our room from 3rd to the first floor and 2 queen beds one for the dogs which was super kind and helpful! There is a grocery / liquor store near by, less than half a mile away. Breakfast was great with bagels, toast, sausage, potatoes, great tea selection. Highly recommend.

Nothing favorably unique stood out. Coffee station upon check-in had very unfresh, cold coffee and no hot water. Only one staff person managing all functions. Audio on TV very poor quality, room Kleenex very substandard, no fan switch in bathroom, calls to Front Desk very poor audible reception, dirty windows. We like hotels that still provide a clock and/or alarm at bedside...it's always the little things that matter, devil in the details. We would not want to stay there again.

In the middle of an exterior remodel. Parking was horrible we got there late night guys drinking in the parking lot he also had a dog off its leash that was not friendly and barking at us. Bed was like sleeping on a sidewalk probably should of slept in out car at the reat stop. Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Disappointed in this Hampton - room nice, but no microwave, no coffee pot, no clock, and the table had something sticky on it (jam, syrup?) which we needed to wipe down before using.

We are sorry your experience wasn't the Hampton level we are known to deliver. Unfortunately, microwaves aren't a brand standard. We do offer a microwave available 24 hours in our lobby for guest use. We also have our king deluxe rooms with microwaves and of course if you asked the front desk, they would have been more than accommodating to deliver a microwave for you. The coffee makers in the rooms are designed to make one cup, therefore, there are no need for an actual coffee pot. Please feel free to contact the front desk and they would have been happy to assist you with the coffee maker.

We had a HUGE snowstorm during the night of our stay. Staff was out early in the morning clearing the parking lots, etc. so we could travel. Bravo!

Back door lock wouldnt open for room key, got a mystery $116. Fee on top of $264. Room fee, front desk didnt know where it came from. At checkout i asked gay guy about it, he didnt care, brushed me off sayin "whatever" if mystery charre does go way im calling corporate. Too much chlorine in pool. I guess maintenance dont know their job. Wont be visiting again.

This is a nice property that is well cared for, but there are several very irritating factors which make it doubtful I will ever stay at this site again. The main room has very poor lighting. It is very difficult to read comfortably, and not at all convenient to do work (poor lighting and desk space). There was only one chair in the room, which is very difficult for two persons in the room. There is also no microwave in the room, which is extremely inconvenient, since there is no forewarning about this lack of such a common appliance in the room on the property's website.

Construction early on Sunday Morning was disturbing. The temp of the pool was too cold and the shower took a while to warm up. The staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was nice. I will try again once the remodel is done
