By booking, you read and agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1\. Please park on the street. 2\. You will need to request a key fob from us BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DAY/ARRIVAL to access the amenities (gym, rooftop, movie theater, and other areas within the building). 3.. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered. 4\. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. 5\. A lost, missing, damaged key or fob has a replacement cost of $150. 6\. There is a $28 early check in and late check out fee. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival. 7\. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels. 8\. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 9\. No mattress pad on the bed. Just a thin fitted sheet and a multiuse comforter. No flat sheet or blanket. Rollaway bed in room but zero extra sheets or blankets. With all this, no response from owner despite two voicemails and three emails throughout the day until the night we had left.
