Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath split-level home in Ankeny, IA. Featuring a bright, open living area and a functional layout, this home offers ample space for both relaxation and entertaining. The updated kitchen flows into the dining area, while the lower level provides a cozy retreat. With a private backyard, modern finishes, and generous bedrooms, this home blends comfort, style, and practicality for easy living in a desirable location.  
  
The property includes one King bed, one Queen bed, and two Full-sized beds.  
Check out time: Check out is by 10:00 Am.   
No Smoking: Please no smoking or vaping inside the house.   
No Parties: No parties are allowed unless discussed with the host
