IMPORTANT NOTES: These units are in the heart of downtown and in a large complex with other tenants. There may be times when hear cars on the street, emergency vehicles, people outside or in the unit, events, construction and other typical urban sounds. While we don't believe it's abnormally noisey, we do mention this in all of our downtown listings in order to provide full transparency! PARTY FEE: Parties including excess guests beyond the amount in the reservations as well as abnormally loud groups may be subject to a fee up to $1000\. Rest assured, this device does not record any audio; instead, it monitors decibel levels. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. The downtown location was incredibly convenient, but the highlight for my kids was definitely the theater room. The location was great with the close parking garage with skywalk/indoor access was great when we left when it was raining. Owner even recommended a cheaper parking garage a block away from the closest one as a nice tip. Theater was a lot of fun for a guys weekend. Aug 25, 2025 Liked: Communication, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, location I think this property is ideal for party-goers but not for families. Having 1 tiny shower in only one of the 2 units is not comfortable or feasible for a family of 7 and an infant. A lot of the furniture was broken, the carpets in both units were filthy, and the check in process was confusing with having to get a fob to get into the building and then using a different code to get into the units. Our codes never worked but the property manager was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The neighborhood did not seem safe and there were multiple homeless people loitering right outside the entry doors. There were blinds on all the windows and the curtains didn’t fully cover them in the smaller unit which meant my infant could not fall asleep until much later, and there was not enough extra bedding or towels. The movie theater was fun for the kids and we appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager but we won’t be coming back or recommending. ##### Shann W. As advertised, very attentive, fun setting with everything needed We had a great time here! It was as advertised, with very responsive host and management crew. The big screen was awesome, the setup was fun and unique, and the beds were comfortable. We had only one small issue with the bathroom faucet not turning on and it was promptly addressed and fixed. The check-in process to get the FOB and parking takes a little bit of effort, but was smooth, and well instructed. Overall a great experience. ##### Hannah H.
