The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. The reason I gave a a 4 in a couple areas is service to the rooms were sub par. Even when we asked for something , it took them two days to get us the request after asking a couple times. They will not clean your room unless specifically asked, even with 5 day stay.

Nice, modern rooms. Comfortable bed. I loved that there was no carpet in our pet friendly room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large seating area for breakfast with a good selection to choose from. The cappuccino machine impressed my wife. Easy access from the highway with a several restaurants in close proximity.

The room was fine except I asked for more pillows they didn’t have any and the pillows they do have go flat. There were no towels in pool area husband asked they said 15 minutes he went back to ask 20 min later and than was told 45 min so we had to run to our room dripping wet. I asked for more towels was only given 2 when I had 4 people. Pool was freezing and kids there had squirt guns and were spraying me and my three year old in face. Breakfast was good minus the area was hot as could be.

The hotel staff were very nice
My room was VERY CMEAN ans spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We have a cat there was no pet fee which was awesome! I definitely would recommend thid hotel.

The staff was great! Very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was above and beyond for free. Gym was good. No complaints! Will definitely stay again. The gentleman that had morning desk shift was great! I didn’t get his name but very helpful.

Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was generous and had fresh fruit along with standard eggs, biscuits & gravy, ham. Had a little noise in the hallways early on, but was pretty quiet during sleeping hours. All in all a great stay for a reasonable price.
