For shared use: property 32 ha (fenced), swimming pool fenced (15 x 7 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:30-12:30 and 14:30-18:30). Table tennis, patio, children's playground. In the house: reception, bar, bicycle rental. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking. Supermarket 800 m, bakery 750 m, bicycle rental 10 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1.2 km, shingle beach 950 m. Sports harbour 950 m, surf school, sailing school 20 m, tennis 10 km, walking paths from the house 2 km, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Torre di Orezia, Corenno Plinio, Castello di Vezio Varenna, Chiesa di San Pietro a Dervio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Aprica, Valchiavenna.
