The apartment is ideal for sun holidays with family or friends. Take a walk along the banks of the Lake Come and visit nice, nearby places such as Grasagne-Acque-Bondal and Vestreno. The center of the DERVIO located on the banks offers typical Italian restaurants, a beach with a great view (Spiaggia di Dervio) and cozy bars. You can certainly not skip a visit to the Torre di Orezia! The apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom and a carport for the car. The well-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher offers you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals. Close the day relaxed with a drink of your choice on the terrace or balcony.
