This spacious three bedroom house boasts flexible living space including a fully-equipped kitchen/diner and a cosy sitting room. The property has private parking, a lovely enclosed rear garden and complimentary Netflix. This modern house is set in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes from Derby city centre. It has parking on a driveway for 2 cars, high speed internet and complimentary Netflix. A large back garden with garden furniture which is fully enclosed. Fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The listing of for the whole of the property. All of our processes are automated, but you will be able to contact us directly via message to phone, should you require anything during your stay. Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of £200.00\. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure. The deposit will be fully refunded after the cleaning team confirm no damage or loss at the property following your departure. We do allow well behaved pets at this property, at an additional cost.
