"Great stop over for the price with excellent breakfast, park in the into riverside car park if you arrive after 6pm the hotel will validate your ticket for £3 only for an overnight stay, PS ask for a Derwent river view"
"Nice hotel, room comfortable and restaurant/ bar food and drink very good and priced reasonably.few little gripes, when booking though a third party website it said parking was £6 per night, when I arrived I was charged £7.50 per night. Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week."
"Aircon not working in the room, water and a fan provided. However the fan was noisy and had to close the window due to the noise from the bus station below.
Opened it at 2am then ok "
"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well.
Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "
"Fab hotel - unfortunately due to an issue at home m we had to leave in the middle of the night would have loved to have samples breakfast …. Spa is lovely, staff are brilliant, food was great for evening meal. Lovely place."
